Inspection Guidelines

• All Inspections must be called-in to City Hall at (956) 583-8697.
• Inspections are conducted Monday-Friday.*
• Requested inspections made before 11:00 am will be conducted the same day.
• Requests made after 11:00am will be inspected the following business day.
• A re-inspection fee of $50 will be imposed if an inspection does not pass.

*Commercial Inspections are conducted Monday-Friday after 5:00pm.

The following is a summary of the most common inspections that include Rough-In Plumbing, Foundation, Framing, Insulation, Infiltration and Final Inspection.
