2025 Amnesty Period

The Palmhurst Municipal Court is holding an Amnesty period beginning the month of December 2025 for the payment of outstanding warrants.  During this time, the Judge may dismiss the “Failure to Appear” charge on defendants who have failed to appear before the Court provided the defendant pays all fines and fees in full immediately. The amount dismissed for the “Failure to Appear” charge may be up to $216.
 
To qualify for Amnesty, the defendant must:
  1. Appear before the court in person or in writing during the dates above;
  2. Enter a plea of “Guilty” or “No Contest”;
  3. PAY ALL FINES AND FEES IN FULL IMMEDIATELY.
 
You may still be eligible for Amnesty even if you cannot pay the fines and fees immediately, however you will have to personally appear before the Municipal Judge to see if time will be given to pay the fines and fees.
